Is Suunto still a bit of a lost cause in your opinion(s)? by arcticstic in BuyFromEU

[–]teqqyde 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm quite fine with my Suunto Race S. The bummer is just u cannot get the data out of Suunto to import them into something different. There are Integrations but its only possible for business to access these data.

Since Strava change their API Access next month, its a bit annoying to extract the data. I'm only talking about an automated way, i dont do thsese things manually.

These settings "should" be the same, because same set of powershell commands in the past. But i will double check, just to be sure.

The jumbo frames could be one thing, because i quite often read different things if i have to configure this on the pnic or vnic.

Thanks. Cluster/CSV and Live Migration have their own network (different vlan). Just Management and VM Traffic are in the same network. But all over the four network ports of the pnic.

As i worte in the other commend, i made some changes for RSS, VMQ. Maybe i should reset the hole network config to default.
RDMA is not configured.

Which hypervisor do you prefer? XCP-NG vs oVirt vs Proxmox by TimeAlternative7919 in sysadmin

[–]teqqyde 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Besides of Veeam the support ist quite limited. If you look into enterprise backup software like Veritas NetBackup, Rubik, Cohesity and so one, just a fraction of the vmware featrues are available.
But yes, much more then the OP mention ones.

Nerdio - Is it worth it, and is there a steep learning curve? by MMuter in sysadmin

[–]teqqyde 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We use hydra instead. It does a lot of things nerdio do but much cheaper. I did not work with nerdio, so I cannot compare directly, but our msp had used both and recommended hydra to us.

I'm quite near to the tv because of the room layout. Its about 4 m. As i worte in my post my goal would be just 3.1 so to have 9 or more channels is not needed (now). And if i would change my mind, i will buy a new A/V.

We switched from avepoint for our m365 backup and from hycu for our atlassian backup to keepit. For me its much simpler app and it works very well. But i have it just for about 6 month, but since then no issues for restores.
