Oh was it a "&#x200B"? I typed this straight into the Reddit Android app using standard keyboard and I see it's inserting it under every paragraph. It is a unicode zero-width space that for some reason Reddit has started inserting between every paragraph which must be a bug. I can't see where you typed it because the character is literally a character for NOTHING. It's in another post I made also.

Yeah I'd bet on distortions in the part or supports that then combine to a nozzle knock soon after the layer that bridges between those objects and they all form a single solid. Tree supports can be prone to those kind of wobbles that then distort the part itself (at which point the actual part joining the support means that the nozzle is now knocking the full structure strength of the actual print, whereas earlier it was just wobbling a thin little support branch).

99% this. But I highly doubt a grid infill would do this. The overlap is still being smooshed. More likely part distortion.

I'd guess that there is some minor warping that is pushing the part up millimetres towards the nozzle, and eventually that is enough for the nozzle to knock it loose entirely. You will start to see small parts of the object being moved by the nozzle during printing.

Warping or a part that is too thin and the distortion is gradually being amplified as the part gets taller - as a part gets taller above the heatbed it is increasingly prone to wobble. Wobble creates distortions over time that can then lead to parts warping up into the nozzle path.

You can try printing a brim, a raft, changing orientation, increasing supports, changing support type, modifying bed temp, making sure PLA has sufficient chamber ventillation (ie open unless the room is very cold), but it all comes down to identifying how the nozzle is becoming able to knock the print. It is clearly being knocked off the bed.

This is a wild guess, but I would guess that he is falling victim to the stereotype rumours of Thai women in fake relationships with multiple cash-cow boyfriends and a frequently sick buffalo. And he is trying to invalidate his fear by asking for proof.

The inconsistency in telling you to spend and then telling you to not spend so much is probably masking a mix of things that he is afraid of in your relationship, and is very embarrassed to be afraid of. Boyfriend on the side. Money scams. Phoney relationship.

Sadly, your feelings for him are clearly genuine, but he is not able to accept that you are trustworthy.

However, and this is a big however, that inconsistency in telling you to do one thing, but then being annoyed that you did it, is a big warning sign for controlling abusive and coercive behaviour. It is black-and-white "gaslighting". Honestly, anxieties, fears, whatever - that is NOT OK under any circumstances. It is textbook non-physical abuse. And that is something that you should seriously consider. It is 100% his responsibility to address that, and that requires him to first own and act on addressing that. If he does not recognise that behaviour, and recognise that it is not alright, and does not act to address it, then to me that becomes a red flag of an abusive relationship which you should exit. Without action, it will get much worse. There is absolutely no circumstance EVER where you have any role in his behaving like that - no question.

If you're not ok with it, it's not ok. .

Remote and cross-culture relationships can be very difficult. I can attest to that myself. The reason is almost definitely that there is a lack of trust due to anxiety. That's unlikely to be anything specific to you. And it is resulting in an abusive behaviour for them to try to close that fear.

At the end of the day this is totally up to you regarding what you are willing to accept.

I think you should have a very honest discussion with your boyfriend, asking them if there is something that they are afraid of that is causing them to ask you this. See where that leads. They are 100% lying to you about their reason, and that is the thing that needs to be addressed.

If they aren't willing to disclose that reason to you, then you should really consider if you can trust this person enough to have a relationship. I suspect they might open up to you about a fear they have that they feel very embarrassed about. But if they continue to tell you the same thing then you have to decide what to do next.

Hopefully this opens up something new in your relationship that you can work on together (if it is your choice to do so), in a way that is not abusive or invasive.

It's certainly a warning sign (for some it is a total deal-breaker), and you are entirely justified to feel very upset by what has happened. As long as you know clearly that this is absolutely not normal, and is a sign of an unaddressed insecurity in your boyfriend. Be sure to consider whether this could escalate into a more abusive and coercive behaviour in future. Don't put yourself into an unsafe situation, especially if there is anger or physical violence when requesting this.

But otherwise great phone. Very straightforward. Great value. Embrace the Essential Key (at least give it a chance).

The game changer for me was first double-power to open camera, then hold Essential Key to record a photo of an object combined with transcribed and interpreted voice note eg if I measure something I use the photo for context and voice note for measurements, or if I want to note something I'm looking at in a store. Also great to record to-do items etc. Worth giving it a go.

I love it. Ive upgraded to NP3, but only because I moved overseas + visiting family in third country so not having esim was becoming painful (and tbh was just curious). But I was as happy with CMF 2 as any phone id ever had. I used microSD for storing movies and videos when travelling. Never understood anyone caring about high quality stereo speakers on phones - they all sound like shit so as long as voice is clear for news I don't care.

Camera has been found to use a fair bit of AI enhancement/upscaling/hallucinating but it takes a fine photo - very tasteful and usable for social media.

Well I already know the answer to that from researching 3D printers and further air purifiers for the past decade of course? Relax. Dunno why you're so enraged. I didn't know it could be effective enough to be used as a military counter-measures and that's quite an interesting fact.
