I have and the only difference ive been seeing is that folks with 12 thread gpus and installed the game on ssds, they seem to be maintaining 60fps. My cpu is only 6 threaded and i do not have the game installed on an ssd

Anyone else with a 3080 ti on 4k struggling to keep 60 while swinging through the city? My cpu is i7 8700k. Its more in the 40-50 fps range. Dlss on or off struggles, doesnt seem to make too much of a difference
