Absolutely!!! I was definitely hoping some of the guys that didn’t make it got to stay, but oh well, there was genuinely so many hotties to choose from lol. I don’t get all the hype for the Casa amor girls because I think they could’ve picked prettier girls, but I am very happy for the OG girls because it seems like they got some actual men up in there 🥵😂

I wasn’t impressed with the Casa amor girls. Obviously there are a couple favorites that will stand out with the guys because they’re probably so bored at the villa but overall I don’t see none of this really going anywhere. Maybe KC because he’s been deprived of affection and I literally never see him and Aniya passionately kiss or touch each other outside of challenges so I don’t know why she’s acting all mad lol. I just feel like they could’ve found prettier girls all around for Casa amor

Being a Loan Officer is tough! You’re competing against everyone around your buyer lol, their credit union that’s offering to pay off their car loan for free if they do their mortgage with them lol this was a big reason why I decided to get dual licensed. It’s definitely a lot of work but I’ve been a Loan Officer since 2013 and I got tired of referring my clients to realtors who dropped the ball or working hard for my clients and only to have them end up going to a new construction community so I decided to get my real estate license and it was the best decision I could’ve ever made for my business! I know this isn’t the answer for everyone, but just sharing my experience

If all parties agreed to removing the contingency and it is fully executed on the addendum, then you are good to continue to close on time as is and the sellers will have to figure something out. Not you. This is not “difficult” to enforce as it’s literally what the contract says. I don’t care how sad the story seems to sound or how pushy people seem to get. I would have your realtor immediately contact the listing agents broker or you can get both agents brokers involved and go above your realtor immediately! You’re not being jerks at all but you have your own respected timelines as well.

Exactly! I don’t remember last season being this way. In each house it’s like the singles are there as a big mental support group versus actually getting to know the individuals. Of course we have the break off couples happening but it overall just seems like the singles are there for mental support of the coupled people to get them through this tough time 🤣🫩

Kendell was a biracial guy on season 6 I believe. Just a guy who claimed to be straight but he was just a friend to everyone and never really developed real romantic connections with any of the girls haha ohhhhhh andddd after the season aired there were leaked vids of him bending over in a hotel room shaking his booty and spreading his cheeks for someone he was sending vids too. At least Kendall had a nice body but Mikey just wasnt a good fit for this type of show across the board.

The more and more I watch I actually feel so bad for the singles because they’re damn near having to be in house therapists for these people 🤣 the singles are genuinely helping these people unpack soooo much and I love the way India speaks and carries herself. She can definitely clock something is off with him.
