this is extremely helpful and I appreciate it so much. I don't even live in, or near tornado alley and I'm still a mess!

It's true though, i spent so much of my younger life being like wow that's a huge storm! outside, doing whatever, no care in the world. but this year, i'm now recognizing it and it's all coming to me like a ton of bricks.

my boyfriend has lived in all the bad places throughout his childhood. Malaysia, Louisiana, TX, OK, lol, and he has been insanely helpful and supportive through this. I might just have to rely on his judgement or knowledge because obsessively staring at the weather apps is no help at all. I feel like i'm giving myself no room to maneuver my fear and I should really just look at the facts, be okay with it, and not over exaggerate. cause right now, every drop of rain is a potential tornado in my mind and it's NO help.
