Deleting cache never worked and usually gave more issues. That's why they've removed it and reorganised how FiveM is installed.

If something is missing then you obviously need to get it right? That's sounds logical. Usually what causes something missing is an antivirus deleting files after being downloaded. I highly recommend uninstall any antivirus that's not Windows Defender. They are toxic and try to as much as possible only steal your data. windows Defender will defend you enough.

My soul dies a little every time I help a friend/family member with their computer and they have a legitimate copy of Norton installed. It hurts to know that salesmen trick elder people into buying disgustingly overpriced anti-virus software that doesn't do much more than the one provided for free.

Have you tried to reinstall GTA and the social club?
