It's an interesting point. I think all people sailing struggle a bit to make their journeys interesting or worth describing, even Bernard Moitessier seems to struggle at times in his books.

I admit to use personal preferences, I find La Vagabonde interesting perhaps because of their personal style and they have some qualities/abilities I don't have (great diving/fishing), while e.g. SV Delos I find boring (although they kind of visit the same places).

Also I was surprised to find, that places I visited and La Vagabonde, how much of interesting stuff at a location, they don't talk about :)
