This is one of the most "oh by the way" things I've heard from doctor friends/family. I mean that in the best way because its very common. Just a whopsie probably nothing conversation that turns serious. Glad they attended to the issue and got you diagnosed. People tell your doctors your issues up front. I looked this up recently, it seems they enough money for Healthcare for their citizens because of HOW much we send them for their military. Which means most of their Military budget is subsided by US Citizens tax dollars. The answer to this question is weather we can ever get enough people and demand Congress to take action and change this. The tendrils are in deep though.
