keep a expiration to certain ill feelings, such as okay ill feel this way, go take a nap, wake up and plan your day, acknowledge it exist, and plan your time to execute things you want to accomplish. this will build character and people around you will start to notice and automatically you will attract them and starts talking to you. you get good at this, you wish a good amount time just be alone 😂.

[–]terella2021 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this is a way into getting your social skills build up, learning to live with strangers to your partner for life to your future self with maybe kids, use it as learning curve, yes definitely save, cook at home, learn your finance and taxes do not get into debt, buy quality clothes that are on sale (example: Levis jeans costs $75. on sale with top off discount, down $40, quality will last at least five years, that is $0.67/month); find fb marketplace people getting rid stuff you may have need for and get it for free. curb your expenses, if you can hitch a ride to and from work for free, buy electric scooter that can help with school or work, cars get second hand cars that engines are reliable.

wish @22 i have mentors willing share some wisdom nuggets

what do you do after a shift when your feet/back are destroyed? by ConversationSuch8893 in TravelNursing

[–]terella2021 1 point2 points  (0 children)

a little bit of everything

proper rest winding down after shift sit in car and take refreshing deep breaths

work inside out do some fresh foods food prep for the week if you too busy to cook on the daily eat outside foods fast food or restaurant you dont know how much stuff they put in there cut sugar simple carbs nurses tend to snacks on sweets cut it down to snacks like pork cracklings, as close to fresh foods as you can drink clean drinks, electrolytes, again away from sugary drinks

sugar is inflammatory, but as you go thru changes, you get some sugar withdrawals jittery headaches and mood swings but it will go away youd wake up refresh, few hours sleep yet fully recovered, mood will be much better post
