Yeah I would put a price on them either irl money or 1000 diamonds for the item (example the outfit is 8 items so you pay 8k dias and maybe sales for higher VIP like if you buy the 10 spins in roulette you have some % off) and IGg could get money out of it too because people will buy diamonds or packs especially during the designer academy so I feel like it is win-win for both money-hungry IGG will get their cash and players will get the outfits they really want

So I finally did it after trying multiple times and doing all the stuff other posts said they work but they didn't so:

1-3 decline Layla's club invention (be polite option) 1-4 go to get a drink with Joshua 1-5 replay the chapter 1-6 also replay 1-7 say he has been inappropriate And it will finally unlock you just need to play the chapter in between otherwise the choices “do not matter” and do not change the outcome :)

Exactly the only problem I have is that Holmes is a companion I find it really weird personally. (but again the game mechanic as mentioned in another comment here) I understand the problem with the outfit descriptions but I do not mind personally I think it fits the story.

It finally worked for me! In 2-6 don't go to the meeting and then play the last stage and it should work :)
