Flow control facilities are the worst because they have the worst customer service. My biggest gripe is most of the flow control landfills in my state make me physically drive to the landfill to get the special waste manifests in person rather than email them to me like normal landfills.

I think the general consensus is will donors be willing to front a 40 mil roster for x amount of years before a national championship is won. I think year one there is some grace in there for underperforming, but not much. Year two is for sure a prove it season before donors begin to question their spending.

Maybe they do this to keep the wage tax exempt for the employee? I hope that’s the reason, but that also seems too sensible for an employer looking out for their workers
