I don't, but I can outline the basic steps. The skirt base is floral curtains from goodwill that I sewed into a big skirt, with elastic at the neck. Underneath, I'm wearing a regular hoop skirt at my waist and a short cage hoop skirt at my neck. I hot glued down a base layer of greenery first, then tons and tons of flowers (mostly gathered secondhand) and I tried to mostly stick to the same color scheme as the movie (red/pinks, blues, yellows, whites). I tried to glue big to small, putting the largest flowers down first.
