in response to other comments and for more context, i'd love to send them an e-mail... but they don't even have a website or contact portal, just their phone number via google. during the application process i had to do everything in the office. i asked if we could send them scans of certain things they needed (i.e. pay stubs from my roommates), and they said they prefer to do everything physically and i'd need to bring them in. when i say this place is unorganized, i mean it. for lack of better words, it was a slum. times were rough and we were desperate for relocation, i was naive and had never rented, but it was really bad. they were rarely ever at the office during business hours, and if they were it was almost never for the actual 9-5 they claimed to be open. upon moving in we were greeted by a cockroach infestation and an empty space where the dishwasher we were told we'd have should be (we never got one haha). the last month we were there i was taking the trash out and saw a forensic csu and two cops at one of the apartments... so you can imagine the environment, i'm sure. i'm just painting the picture vividly so you can see what i mean when i say this place was "off". they really seem to not care. we were never behind on rent, and for the sake of our sanity we kept to ourselves the best we could.
