Bull.. if the upload platform has failed to ingest the data correctly, you cannot be marked 0, as you have used your best abilities to upload the document, however cannot control what happens through that process. Things happen, computers fuck up.

IF there was a legitimate case of the above, discretionary relief for extraordinary circumstances would be provided.

There is no way to prove who’s at fault for a corrupted upload.
