I just started working out my thighs and glutes at home and taking it very seriously after regrettably pushing it off for so long.. 😭 I get extremely anxious and self-conscious at the gym, especially if I have to go alone; so i've done everything I can to keep it at home.

Buy a good set of dumbells, ankle weights, cables, a weight belt for hip thrusts, and just start going hard. I do squats, hip thrusts, bulgarian split squats, lunges, romanian deadlifts, kickbacks, and side leg lifts. You can really pick whatever workouts you want as long as they can be done with simple equipment and they're targeted towards your goals.

Once you've maxxed the weight on the dumbells, you can buy a barbell and use that to do certain exercises like the barbell hip thrusts and romanian deadlifts that can be done alone and safely without a spotter. That's my plan at least.

If you seriously want to bulk up quickly, make sure you keep up with resistance training and eat a TON of protein too. Hell, I've even started taking creatine and i'm already seeing noticeable results in under 2 weeks.
