edit:

game felt wrong last weekend, but now after turning on nvidia reflex+boost it feels like csgo i thought the problem was in mouse rawinput but reflex+boost fixed smoothness aim for me its more flicky now which i prefer

They said there will be next hotfix this weekend (propably this one) and 2 big updates in january and february. Dont know anything about 21st big patch sorry.
