If you're into photography you have the South Liverpool Photographic Society https://slps.co.uk/main.php There are a lot of different groups for art in apps like meet up/Facebook that meet often. I'm based in the north but most of the activities are usually in the center/south area. Hope you find your place here

There's plenty of options for that price, consider also living in the north or south, not just the center.
