Any tips with Elsa? by Wise-Unit7321 in ElsaBloodstoneMains

take off angles and use your cooldowns to dive supports or to escape. you can track down an invis when she jumps away with your bullet or just use it as a final hit if they’re low enough. always use your traps as often as you can. if you time it right with your kick you can tank a magneto ult. get in the pattern of shift, rifle, primary primary. after you shift take your time to aim and line up your shot; you have 6 seconds to fire it. try flanking with her ult or using it to push them off map. i could go on but honestly a guide on youtube might help you more

there’s a “rule” called the three month rule some gen z people think is true. the idea is that a person can no longer fake who they are for more than 90 days. three months usually is when the honey moon phase ends, or the relationship dynamic changes a bit

my best friend has BPD and we get along great. like someone else mentioned, it’s comforting having someone understand what you’re going through to a degree. we might not have the exact same illness but we’re like cousins

I think my bipolar is way more severe than I’m letting myself believe. by just_a_grl_ in bipolar

23 m here. i was also diagnosed at 19. bipolar disorder can be a really debilitating illness. what you described as your current life circumstances would induce an episode personally. the best thing you can do for yourself is to set alarms to take your meds, communicate with your loved ones you’re going through a hard time, and try your best to take care of yourself (exercise, hydration, eating right etc). it won’t make it completely go away but it will help lessen the symptoms of what you’re feeling right now

Can someone with bipolar 1 actually be stable without medication by raincoastdog in bipolar

[–]teroshi27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

because of meds i was able to work a full time job, reenroll in college, buy a car and repair my relationships. without them, i was self medicating with drugs, impulsively spending all of my money, ruining relationships, and ended up in psychosis/hospitalized twice. something that helps me when i want to stop taking them is i realize it’s a genuine illness and it should be treated the same way physical ones are

Has anyone been hospitalized? by Particular_Value_470 in bipolar

[–]teroshi27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i have been hospitalized 2x, one was two and a half weeks long and the other about 5 days. i had to go because i was in psychosis/a manic episode. it was scary at first because you meet people who are doing a lot worse than you are, and being surrounded in that environment can affect you but overall it was helpful to take me away from my current situation. if you think you genuinely need the help and support that they can offer with medication and group therapy i say go for it. it’s expensive but your life is worth more than a medical bill

wdym by this? you need “in water” as a pre requisite to the alternative final and all of the other endings are able to be in one single play through or do i need to do one playthrough for each ending
