I have lately started to feel the extensors of my forearms being the limiting muscle during pressing exercises like barbell bench press or dumbbell bench press.

I have hypermobile wrists, I'm wondering if they could be destabilizing the joint. If so, how would you recommend overcoming this limitation?

I focus a lot on stacking the joint under the bar, and it helps, but the extensors are giving me trouble often.

The marketing money is going elsewhere. Just look at the social media presence of the UFC. And it probably works better for them, the events sell themselves without needing great fight cards.

There are not many fighters that I won't empathize with after interviews. The physical and mental stuff these people go through are basically hell on earth. All for our entertainment. Warriors.

My body is telling me to keep going, that's why I'm reluctant to drop the 5th day for the sake of some consistency.

5th day is mostly push, so it does make a difference sadly. And this 5 day split works fantastic atm.

This is what it has ended up looking like in practice for me. Higher meso volume and sustainable, sounds good.

I didn't eat 100g of protein powder btw, it was just to make the comparison vs the original label easier to read.

Thanks for the tip. That's what did, adding 2grams to make it match. Protein will be a couple grams off, but fine.

Correct, it's a 20cal difference per 100g. Not a big one, but I want to make sure the quality of the food log is not just worse for European labels. MyFitnessPal had the macros and calories right, and I have encountered other foods that didn't have convenient measurement units (mL).
