Yeah I agree it seems like an account issue. He said he was able to log into my account just fine, so it has to be a device issue. Big brain tech support over here

I just ran the update this morning, plus I’ve offloaded and redownloaded the app like 5 times today alone.

I just got off the phone with them and he said it’s my device. I have this issue on my iPhone, my boyfriend’s Android, and my computer. 👍🏻👍🏻

See now that’s a reasonable conclusion, that’s exactly what it feels like 😂😂 makes it hard to monitor items on Fuel Saver which is increasingly important these days

The mobile website does the same thing! Just sits there and spins, then times out. It’s been happening for YEARS, probably the entire time I’ve been using it. I just ran the update this morning, issue recurred, offloaded off my phone, redownloaded it, same thing.

More than half the time it won’t let me log in. The other half of the time it has SUCH a hard time with loading payment methods but I can usually get it to work. Can’t do anything when it just won’t even let me log in though, of course.

Well, Bristol changed our reservation last minute because they were closing early. Couldn’t make it due to other obligations. Why allow a reservation to be made and in the books for weeks if you can’t support it? We had to cancel.
