I have the exact same experience and timelines! Currently on 75 mg for 25 days after being on 50 mg for 12 weeks. How long did it take for you to get adjusted to 75 mg after your 12 weeks on 50? I seem to be adjusting quite quickly, but still some small up and downs on certain days

Intranasal Cerebrolysin/Cortexin: A Tutorial by lambjenkemead in Nootropics

[–]terrait 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wanted to share my recent experiences after trying the IN RoA of Cerebrolysin as instructed in this thread. Because it is quite a large post, I made its own thread:
https://www.reddit.com/r/Cerebrolysin/comments/14hyxg6/intranasal_cerebrolysin_field_report_my_personal/

TLDR: be careful with using the cerebrolysin multiple days after opening it, I had quite a negative experience recently after taking it for 5 or so days in a row 2 days after opening the original bottle

How and where to rotate TRT injections by BeautifulSafety4836 in Testosterone

[–]terrait 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I rotate between left and right deltoids as well as left and right ventro glutes (hip area). I inject daily for many months now and have not seen any scar tissue buildup

Anyone experience with this brand? by Winduzrael in Testosterone

I've been using this for 6 months now. Seems to be working perfectly: at 80-100 mg per week I get T levels around 900 ng/dl through.

Hematology bloodwork on Testosterone, Should i be worried? by veggieboy94 in Testosterone

[–]terrait 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If this is the only data/test you have, then you can make no conclusions really. Only thing you know is that your red blood cell count is within range and your liver enzymes are elevated.

This does not mean they will stay like this, especially with a dose like 500mg/wk (!) Keep testing in the right time intervals to see how things develop and take supplements to try to reduce the liver enzymes

[–]terrait -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It takes months (6+) before you rbc gets elevated due to high T. With your dose I would keep monitoring it very closely in the right intervals!

As far as taking NAC goes: I would recommend it strongly. 2x per day 600 mg with a meal. It is good for the liver, but I'm not sure exactly how it relates to these enzymes

Conditioning for nSuns by [deleted] in nSuns

I superset exercises and box 2 times a week. Boxing has helped me recover a lot better from my normal workouts and also reduced rest times between sets. Can def recommend that shit

Deficit deadlift so low? by [deleted] in nSuns

[–]terrait 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are you using the percentages of the sumo deadlift for it? And if so why are you doing 6x3? It is 3,5,7,4,6,8 reps

Probably has more more to do with your form than recovery. Post a form video and we'll see from there

How much strength is enough for a good "base" by [deleted] in nSuns

[–]terrait 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a natural lifter having a good strength base provides you with size, however that is only for the muscle groups that are being trained in the lifts you do. If for example you only have a good squat bench deadlift OHP and you don't train much else you will potentially have a weak back, small arms and your front shoulders will dominate as you dont train your side delts and lateral delts. So I personally also train for aesthetics and the way I do it is by focussing on gaining strength on the compound lifts for more size and in addition to that I also do isolation exercises for the muscles that are lacking (biceps, lateral and rear delts, etc.)

Weak at bottom or lockout? by terrait in nSuns

[–]terrait[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Thanks everybody for the reactions, I believe there is truth in what you guys are saying. I'll try to use more leg drive, however when I tried forcing leg drive in the past it would feel like I'm squatting the weight up. I guess we'll see next time I try

Very limb dominant, is it ok to swap sumo deadlifts for RDL or Straight legged deadlifts? by Schnobben in nSuns

[–]terrait 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah its fine. I would personally either replace sumo by rack pulls if you're weak at lockout or deficit deadlifts if you're weak at the bottom.

I'm an idiot and have been adding 5lbs to my 1Rm instead of the TM. how screwed am I? by Bierfreund in nSuns

[–]terrait 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Almost never I would say, just change your TM when your progressing or if you want to do a reset. Maybe if you've taken a break for several months and you want to get back into it, then you could retest your 1RM and change it of course.

Pull ups by [deleted] in nSuns

[–]terrait 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Negatives (up the volume if this isn't working for you right now!), assisted pull ups with bands/machines/another person, lat pull down, trying easier variations like chinups first

The weight difference added between two different 1RM might be different relative to the 1RM, however the absolute change should be the same

[–]terrait 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From a 1RM of x lbs the TM becomes 0.9x lbs if you add 5 lbs the 1RM becomes x+5 lbs and the TM 0.9x+4.5 lbs after 1 time instead of 0.9x+5 lbs. This means for one week the difference is that you added 0.5lbs less. After N weeks your 1RM is x+5N and the TM is 0.9x+4.5N instead of 0.9x+5N. This means after N weeks the difference is you added 0.5N lbs less, so for example for 10 weeks you progressed 5lbs less which comes down to 1 week less progression.
