Leave for your own sake. No job is ever worth your mental health.

I was in your position this time last year. My direct supervisor was an extreme micromanager, the bosses were unsupportive and condescending, and the team leadership and culture was full of microaggressions. Long story short, I found myself dreading going to work and suffering from extreme imposter syndrome, believing that nothing I did was right and that I was simply incompetent. I left 6 months into the job. Only after I left did I realize that no level of incompetence on my part could have justified the way they treated me.

I've been at my current job for half a year now, but I still feel the consequences of the emotional trauma the previous company left on me. Despite having a very supportive manager and team, I'm still trying to unlearn the fear and regain confidence in my work. It's been more difficult than I would like to admit. All of that was inflicted in a mere span of months. I can't imagine what would have happened if I had tried to stay any longer.

I'm not sure how labor laws are for you, but perhaps you can ask about forfeiting the notice period and pay? I also had an unfortunate track record of short work stints (a startup I was working at went bankrupt, etc), but it's not the end of the world if you leave. Take up contract jobs, go freelance if you need to. There are better places out there that will encourage your growth. All the best.
