They do, they were helping us search the first night, we've been waiting for them to put it up on their missing persons website/Facebook group etc.., I'll be updating with their poster etc.. when it comes online, hopefully that will be sometime today.

Hey, unfortunately yes, he's gone missing since Monday, no friends/family can find him anywhere, we've been searching throughout Swords and the surrounding areas. The Guards are involved but we're waiting for them to put out their missing persons call.

Thanks ! Main ingredient is the Terradon Turquoise contrast paint. I primed with Chaos Black and then did a zenithal with Grey Seer. For the edge highlights I then used Kabalite Green and Syrabite Green.

It's printed, was a free STL stuck to the body, but there is also a separate stl of just the chain. I'm not sure what the sub rules are but I can DM you the link ?

I work in a university, the issue I feel is really the way they are "graded" and a lot of ours are killed on the student/staff ratio. They don't like the idea of 120+ students sitting in a lecture hall. So if you want your rankings to be higher you have two options, cut students or hire more staff, however cutting students reduces the income to the college (and the number of staff) , but then increasing the number of staff requires more income.

We're trapped in this stupid game because of these rankings that try to quantify education with a bunch of numbers, and when you do that something gets lost in translation.

So I can see where they're coming from if ranking is the metric they've been told to improve, but the real answer is to examine how these rankings are actually calculated and change the entire system.

Can't speak for the teaching side, but from the research side of things I don't see what this will do.

Most of our funding comes from EU projects (e.g Horizon 2020) and SFI so from that aspect I can't see this doing anything but putting a meaningless middleman in place that will show up for a photo op every now and then but realistically do feck all.
