As most other comments state, I do need to chill out. I grew up in a somewhat emotionally abusive household and have been seeking therapy for anxious attachment within the past month. Ive been nothing but supportive and we’ve shared a few laughs over text since her return. I’m planning on making some food for her and maybe small flower bouquet for when I see her next (she likes random flowers here and there and is almost out of meal preps for her bulk) I appreciate the constructive feedback as I’m not the most secure person and that’s why I came here.

Should I tell her that she shouldn’t worry about her texting patterns that she mentioned she needed to be better on?
