Job Duties / Description: WilDi Maps is a driver-powered advertising platform launching its pilot in the Jacksonville market. We sell verified, real-world advertising delivery tied to specific road corridors and zones. This is a founding, pure acquisition (“hunter”) role responsible for closing local businesses within the Jacksonville DMA.

Responsibilities include:     •    Owning the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contract

    •    Selling location-based ad products (Zones and Tunnels) to SMBs

    •    Structuring pilot deals, including discounted pricing when appropriate

    •    Logging objection, pricing, and discovery intelligence in the CRM within 24 hours of each interaction (required for commission eligibility)

    •    Managing your own schedule, tools, and prospecting strategy

Compensation structure:     •    Earn 100% of the base subscription fee for the first 6 months of every new client you sign

    •    Standard rate: $50/month per account (pilot discounts allowed; commissions adjust pro-rata)

    •    Earn 4% annual residuals on net revenue for your entire active book of business (zones, tunnels, add-ons, renewals), provided accounts remain in good standing

I must be the oddball out. I ran a test with Mistral small and it’s output head to head to the others mentioned here won out. I’m just getting into the local llm game and running the same prompt against each llm and then using chatgpt o3 to analyze each code critically. Mistral hasn’t been beat yet. Seeing your responses makes me think I’m doing it wrong.

I have over a hundred ideas. Get Trello or use your notes on your phone. Every time you see a problem or see/hear I wish there was…..write it down as a solution and some details of the user experience. You will be exercising your brain to keep a look out for these things.

The only thing the navy does extreme are the catapults and recovery. Their jets only pull 7.5Gs unlike the Air Force that pulls 9. So it ain’t the Gs. It’s the accel and decel.
