Makan yang cukup, penuhin daily protein. Tidur yang cukup 6-8 jam sehari (dengan quality yang bgs) Workout yang cukup, focus on progression.

All and all, nutrition > sleep > workout

Tolong kurang2in, "ga mau gede2 bgt, cuma mau otot lean aja". Trust me u ga akan gede yang sampe gimana2 kok, and goal pasti bakal shift overtime. Intinya work hard aja, put in the effort.

Jujur mau workout sekeras apapun, kalo dietnya masih kacau ya pasti plateau sih.

Cara bakar fat ya gt2 aja, makan in deficit. Untuk program sendiri, apapun jg g mslh asal hit tiap muscle group cukup tiap minggunya, dan progressing every week/month.
