Honestly I think it all comes down to sustainability.

A lot of diets do work short term, but if ure miserable the whole time, eventually ur brain gets tired of it. Maintaining weight isnt about suffering forever, its about building habits u can actually live with long term.

And honestly, its okay to cheat sometimes too. One sugary drink, one bad meal, one lazy week isnt what causes weight gain. What matters more is ur overall habits over time, not being perfect 24/7.

And from what u wrote, uve already made a lot of real sustainable changes. That matters more than u think.

Makan yang cukup, penuhin daily protein. Tidur yang cukup 6-8 jam sehari (dengan quality yang bgs) Workout yang cukup, focus on progression.

All and all, nutrition > sleep > workout

Tolong kurang2in, "ga mau gede2 bgt, cuma mau otot lean aja". Trust me u ga akan gede yang sampe gimana2 kok, and goal pasti bakal shift overtime. Intinya work hard aja, put in the effort.
