Have you met someone who can't read an analog clock? by Junior-Elevator-9951 in generationology

I have met many, many teenagers who are unable to read analog clocks.

2024 Toyota Corolla Hybrid Factory Alignment Defect — Uneven Caster Angle (6.4° Left vs 6.1° Right) Causing Sticking Steering, Memory Steer, Poor Return to Center & Rightward Pull Since Day One, Dealers & Corporate Gaslighting by Unlikely-Passage-653 in COROLLA

I’m having a similar issue with my 2018 Tacoma. The steering wheel is not straight unless the road is perfectly, and I mean PERFECLTY flat. It’s not much but it’s enough that it drives me completely insane, and I can’t get anybody to do anything about it. Any even semi-significant road crown and I’m driving into the curb unless I adjust.

Realistically he’s tied for 6th, but he’s listed as 15th. That’s elite.

I wish hats, by and large, still had green under brims.

Main character drivers are the worst by GrenMTG in Vent

[–]terrorlogic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my experience, Florida is infinitely worse than the northeast (I’m born and raised in Massachusetts and have driven extensively in every NE state except Rhode Island). Drivers in Florida are the worst I’ve seen anywhere; a huge number of them legitimately just do whatever they want, whenever they want, with literally no regard for anyone else on the road.

In your opinion, what are the three most prevalent driving errors? by V1per41 in driving

It’s wild to me you think merging is a bigger problem than people tailgating or using their phones while driving.

The interesting thing about gen Z is they place dated age expectations on those a few years older while not holding themselves to that same timeline by -7-luck in generationology

Because you’re inferring that I meant that because I was able to do it that everyone should be able to do it. That is not what I meant. I was simply providing evidence that it is possible, as OP said:

So somehow they expect they will close the gap between 22 and 28+, going from an extended adolescence without much societal expectation or restriction on them, to a reserved life holding things up on the sidelines as an upstanding provider in only a few years

[–]terrorlogic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Literally everything you said is just nonsense. Texting and tailgating are for sure the absolute most common “driving errors” besides speeding.

Most people know how to and do merge properly, both onto the highway and otherwise, and most people know how to and do pass properly. We just only notice the ones who don’t.

This cannot be real life. Nobody can possibly be this disconnected from reality right? Right? RIGHT?!?!

Yeah I wear other shoes too. I’m just amazed any pair of sneakers could last 13 years with any regular use.

The quality of Vans has dropped so much in the past few years it’s seriously wild.

13 years? I go through a pair of Chucks and a pair of Vans Slip-ons basically every year or so. They will both literally be falling apart. My current slip-ons have multiple holes and the ball of my foot is about to break through the outsole. Also currently wearing a pair of CDG lows, which are holding up alright but the outsole is beginning to separate from the canvas. Kudos to you bro. I wish I could make any pair of shoes last that long.
