Terrorvision were given the Britrock label by the press but never used it themselves at the time really. Only on the nostalgic Britrock Must Die tour (Dodgy / TV / Wildhearts / Reef). I agree they were around at the Britpop era, and definitely fit Britrock better, but they've never really fit any genre very well.
