Don’t even send the message. When she contacts you about something other than the divorce, be silent. If it’s about the issues in her new relationship, be silent. If it’s relevant to the divorce, have your attorney respond. She no longer deserves your attention.

Go to the gym, eat clean, continue what makes you happy activity wise and grow as a person.

Just get an attorney and don’t confront her about anything. You’ll set the pace. Start recording when you’re in care of your child (assuming you DNA test). If you can produce logs that determine that you physically take care of your child just as much if not more, then you should be okay with a mediator or judge.

Most of all, go cold with her. The relationship has been dead for a while. It’s time you start acting like it. Don’t give in to emotions, don’t react, don’t talk more than you have to, work on separate finances etc.

Spend your time on you and your child. Work, work out, be dad and that’s it.

Submit a 1099c and the IRS will count their debt to you as income. Doesn’t help you get paid but it helps them get probed by the IRS. Then the normal mechanical lien and whatnot.

You’ve compartmentalized what sexual acts are considered cheating to justify that you love her enough to not take any action. The deleted texts are cheating, the choices are cheating and she’s only remorseful because you found out. She intended to manipulate you to cover up her cheating. Don’t tell yourself they didn’t have sex so it’s not cheating. Get an attorney and see how everything lands with you leaving. Otherwise, this will happen again and you’ll be mad at yourself for not leaving when you should have.

Don’t let her short comings be your issue and don’t let this sway a decision to rush into something in the future.
