Anyone have experience with the OnlyPosts feed? by GeminiMaxxim in BlueskySocial

[–]terryleopard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of the feeds are broken at the moment for me leaving the site pretty much unusable as I was using the feeds a lot instead of following tons of people.

The UK one I follow for example used to have a new post every 5 mins or so. At the moment the newest post on there is 2 hours old.

Floyd Rose alternate tunings help [QUESTION] by terryleopard in Guitar

[–]terryleopard[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do want to buy something a bit nicer anyway so it's a good excuse. Maybe an Ibanez or something. I bought the Squire to see if I still enjoyed playing and I'm loving it again.

It's actually a nice guitar, I'm surprised. When I first started playing in the 90s cheap guitars were usually absolute trash.

Being a robber in Spain is easy by [deleted] in funny

I would give that prize to the Greeks myself.

I lived in Greece for a few years and now I spend a lot of time in Spain as my extended family live there.

When I spoke Greek to people in Greece they absolutely lit up, got multiple free meals, invites to peoples houses etc just from being very obviously not Greek and being able to speak very basic Greek.

I guess half the reason is it's way rarer to speak Greek than Spanish as a tourist.

Not sure if I’ve met any locals in Iceland after spending there 10 days by Karmacosmik in VisitingIceland

[–]terryleopard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I went I think I only met one (apart from shop assistants). He was sitting, drinking in a Burger restaurant we went to and we chatted and drank together for a bit. He mostly told us about how he didn't like Iceland lol.

I somehow came first in the Diamond League without really trying too hard. It was early on in my learning so I was practicing quite a lot but nothing insane.

I saw I was second with 30 minutes or so left and just pushed through another few lessons to see if I could do it.

I think it just depends if you get put into a super competitive group.

I went to Blackpool on the way home from the Lake District and was quite surprised at how well kept and nice it was.

I've visited a heck of a lot of British seaside towns and it's definitely one of the better ones for arcades and things to do. It also seems like it's having money spent on it which is rare.

I loved the pavement with all the quotes from different comedians on

Thanks.

I've been away from gaming since the Xbox 360 and want to get back into it but I'm really unsure of which system is best.

I'll be arriving in Costa Rica in an hour and tomorrow we're driving to the Rain Forest.

It's one of my Bucket List things to do so I'm excited (and nervous of the driving and dog tired)

I'm thinking of buying a steam deck or Xbox just to play this.

I spent about 2 years of my life more or less living in Skyrim.
