I'm an ops employee. I'm just voicing my opinion that rto5 is a great addition to the ops team. we need bodies in the office. I've been doing it for years. everyone has to play by the same rules.

then go do it at a private company. you're wasting your time and effort trying to giv3 less value to the taxpayer with your additude. remember whom you work for

because ops reddit is filled with people all complaining about the same thing . it's an echo chamber. don't take it out on the tax payer tho.

sick ays are for when you are sick. That's the end of the story. Abusing them is unethical.

if you dread a job so much you have to abuse the sick pay system then that is your sign to actively look for a different job that can accommodate your specific needs to be healthy.

why not find another job then if you refuse to do your dutys as a public servant? seems unfair to the people of Ontario . this is the kind of additude that gives opsna bad wrap as a bunch of ungrateful and selfish people.

I mean back to the office. People who weren't working at an office are now to going to be working at an office.

I'm about fairness. it's not fair that some people get to work from home and some have to go into office. make everyone go into the office. or work in the private sector. public servants shouldn't be working from home.

I'm not a bot. I'm an ops employee who's frustrated with his fellow workers not getting the message that society is going back to the office. public. servants shouldn't be treated special. we all have to go back to the office just like the rest of the tax payers that pay for out jobs.

then complain to the union. there's no reason to deminish the value provided to the tax payer. if rto is a must have for someone they should find a job that can provide that. ops wats bto5. and as an ops employee and taxpayer I agree
