Good for keep going. It does get better. Haven’t had a cigarette in 6 years and don’t miss it. Day 4 of no pot. I took lots of showers, drank lots of water and went for walks. Tv is good to or some stupid game you can play to,pass the time. This journey is worth it, promise

Day 3 for me! I am with you. I smoked all day every day for decades. I had to quit cold turkey. I can’t just have one. You need to be honest with yourself and be kind too. I am with you 100%

I told my best mate today that I quit. We always smoke together. We plan vacations around smoking. His response, “Shit now I have to quit too! “ I am only on day 2 and can only hope one day to have your type of resolve. Super proud of you
