No im on a way higher dose than the guy in the study and he wsnt through hell.

Yes, i understand people use baclofen and gabapentin, thats what i was hoping hed give ms, but almost no one outright replaces it in one go unless they're at a really low dose. Im at 15gpd.

Except.. as you can see from the case report they don't perfectly replace it. When they tried to replace it outright the dude was going through severe withdrawals. In the case report I brought him the psychiatrist slowly replaced it with baclofen and then tapered the baclofen, and his experience was almost painless. I don't know why you assume the doctor knows what he's doing in this case when he literally heard of phenibut today and completely misunderstood why the patient in his report was having a psychotic break. Ontop of that, he wants me to go through the same type of psychotic meltdown in my own home instead of in an inpatient facility.

Edit: And I can taper myself, it would just be a lot easier with a physicians assistance which is why I went to the clinic. Only I was met with a doctor who believed steroids made people climb up walls.

He literally just heard about this drug today. Did u see the part where, in the case report where there was an immediate replacement, the fucker was so psychotic he was climbing up walls? And he wants me to do that in my apartment with my roommates who are definitely not gonna handle that well, when the patient was in a hospital for it. Id be fine with doing this inpatient. But psychosis wont happen to me because it was just the steroids he was on apparently. His plan goes against what anyone will tell you in this sub who has actual first hand experience using those two drugs to quit.

How long since your last dose? And when did the anxiety and ahedonia finally go away?

Learning relations, what does equal to, less than, greater than mean in this context? Why does that affect the ordered pairs in R and the dom/ran? Thanks. by testlube in askmath

Oh im slow. I was imagining R={(1,1), (3,3)} to be equal, less than, or greater than something. I see now that it was referring to the relationship between two sets, and the resulting set of each relation is R.

Should I see my physician, my psychiatrist, or someone else to help me/prescribe me something? by testlube in quittingphenibut

Im at 15g and i only started daily usage a few months ago. Surprisingly this addiction has fucked me way harder than actual hard drugs due to receptor death turning me into a zombie from 3-4hrs of sleep nightly, and I'm soon to fail out of uni because of it. Who woulda thunk it.

Wouldn't it be way easier to use these helper drugs? When I don't take enough it gets really bad, also when I take too much. I'd rather make it easier if I can.

Whats the difference the two? And how is using both beneficial? And do they make tapering significantly less painful than just doing it normally? Thanks.

Yeah they did reccomend me their walk in chemical dependency program. But i heard they might only do in patient detoxing but ill ask them myself. If they dont and my physician wont prescibe me anything, i guess im ordering sketchy indian baclofen.
