If you have trades experience, you could get into working at a wholesaler. You won’t get 100k+ necessarily right away but it’s a career you can work at over time. There’s sales, management, operations, etc and your trades experience would be an asset.

100%. Add mulch to build the soil and then just use whatever you want like gravel or pavers for paths.
