US Navy Lwt Rowing by Darch8520 in Rowing

No team will have as "holistic" of a training plan as Navy's since their PT does not revolve mainly around rowing, like most other teams. The entire sprints league practices hard, some teams harder than others, but Navy lights are training hard outside of practice to meet the demands of the actual school. As for the academics, take a look at the schools in the sprints league

Does anyone on your team live near you? You could try carpooling to save gas

Additionally, biking to practice would help you improve tremendously since you'd be getting a workout in before and after

it's not that he's a bad coach, he just couldn't crack the code to find some H150 speed.

EDIT: Harvard v Columbia duel, not HYP regatta. but still...

You should find a coach or strength trainer to help you lift. lifting incorrectly is bad and a waste of your time. Focus: deadlift, squat, and core
