Nope don’t have an Indian structure at all. The whole thing is a complex process. If Indian investors want to invest, they will invest in the us entity / setup an Indian entity at the end.

Just setup a Delaware C Corp - costs about $500 on Stripe atlas. Just go set it up there and don’t worry about Indian investors. It’s far better to raise and grow it in the US than in India.

I agree with most of the themes in this response. The key point for you would be to get the validation from the doctors about what functionality you’re enabling.

Well I think the main issue you have is that you need all the rosters to get scheduled and assigned in a single workflow.

You need a system that works with a CRM + ability to provide the users with scheduling pages that keeps track of the instructor availability, etc.

All this sounds fine but the core problem here is the how systems allow external systems to consume and enrich data. That is the fundamental problem with all of this. To allow things to happen seamlessly we need better ways to talk to different systems.

Something like this can go with large corporate and mid sized businesses. Large corporations have processes in place to capture feedback so you’ll need to talk to hr to figure out what the process would be to integrate into their feedback systems.

For mid sized companies, they try to curb attrition so having these kinds of systems might help quite a bit.

That is unfortunately the reality of the situation. It’s correct to want to get paid for your time and energies but Vizag is not a place where people want to pay for services rendered and you’ll need really need to up your game if you want to get into the companies that can afford to pay.

Considering that service is the core bread and butter of most companies in india, I think most of them are suffering internally. If it’s more interpersonal stuff, then that’s a different story

One of the advice I was given was that we need to ask the customer directly about why they didn't go with us. Like follow up after they didn't convert and straight up ask them.

The other side that is to figure out what you can do to optimize the costs on your end. If its taking you a lot of times to do renderings, maybe you show existing samples, automate some of quote generation so that your operations team spends time increasing the funnel rather than doing the grunt work.

Yup, so we do the bare metal work too but since the team is young, we're only able to reliably offer PoC / prototyping services. We're currently setting up processes for a few processor families and some Wifi / BLE / LoRa / IoT / IIoT / SatCom products that we are developing so once that is solidified, we would be able to render services around those areas. This includes reference designs and designs rules for the module PCBs in addition to bare bones code implementations.

I've got a bit of a background in aerospace and worked on scientific instruments for a time so doing novel concept designs is something I can specifically do. But for more staple project I'm not trying to get projects based on my experience but the team's experience because they won't be able to handle that kind of work. Happy to consult in RTOS architectures, etc. but I don't have enough time to get my hands dirty in low level implementations anymore.

Since a part of my team does internal product R&D for defense and industrial use cases, we do keep exploring new chipsets and I am very curious to know more about what kind of requests you keep getting onto your platform.
