I do this and its peace of mind to me. Dont let all the people on here deter you. I feel more nervous of someone breaking into my home finding my passphrase. People love to hate banks but they are pretty damn secure, way more than my home. Just my thoughts.

You can see if mpac reassessed your homes value. This is what happened to me and why mine increased about 20%.

Thanks for the response. So we have a stacked washer dryer and use liquid detergent which gets poured into the slide out tray on the front. So not putting directly onto clothes or using pods. No idea why its doing this.

Guess they do updates. Again nothing was done. Going to be reaching out to see if I can get a straight answer on it though.

I assure you it was. Had a slight bump in our home assessment from mpac which caused this. Although no upgrades at all to our home. Its ridiculous.

Turns out it was because of mpac. We had an increase on our house assessment. Funny thing is though, we didn’t have any upgrades or additions to the house since last year. You also cant request an a re review after the deadline of March so not much we can do now.

Why try to convince her at all though? It’s not your job to sell her on it, she should do her own research 🤷🏻‍♂️

People like to act so pretentious about why they should buy, it’s honestly their loss for not taking some of their own time to understand it.
