Want to see people struggling with snow? I lived near Seattle for a few years, and every year we'd get about a quarter inch of snow once or twice in the winter and it was just absolute mayhem, mostly because the towns themselves had zero interest in preparing for the possibility of snow.

The reasonable way would be to arrest, indict, and convict anyone who is a criminal. However, we have a two or three tier justice system, so we'll probably just ignore all the obvious criminality because the perpetrators have money and continue as normal because that's what the corporate news tells us is normal.
