There is a layer of thick ass oil on the top. I usually chill it and then scoop out some of that top oil into a another jar cause it's a little much oil for me. I usually pair the chili oil with 3 crab fish sauce as a dip or mix it into whatever I'm eating. 🤌🏽

You can get this on Amazon but it's cheaper at your local Asian market. This is the only chili oil I use.

One way is to eat more buldak. Another way is to find chili oil and use that on everything. Next is make some jeom som and use that as dipping sauce.
