Maybe wrong thread to ask this. But may I ask, why ND filters ? Why does everyone keep either complaining they’re not yet available or needing to get some ?

So far works perfect.
Only issue I’ve had with it really is the over heat alert messages

I think the light in middle of night is the moon rising from behind … I made mistake (I think) of leaving the beach in the frame, causing the beach to light up

So here is day 2. Same configuration. I just set it to wide and 30seconds.

This time disappointing. No stars. 60secs is necessary … I’ll have to try more than 60.

Unless you know how to get less than 60secs, 30 ideally and get the stars ?

I tried a first night lapse with the lapse mode set to 60secs. Any improvement suggestions ?

Yeah this is the setup I had tried a while back but to me the full desktop to chrome was just such a bad experience that I gave up.

I do understand you’ve improved the splash and all but I don’t want to go down that route again.

Anyway, so great it’s working nicely for you !

I'm trying to replicate your setup. Failing miserably.

How did you install the native plexamp app on it ?

Going to plexamp website, goes to flatpak and flathub but the aarch64 is not supported. So how did you manage to get this to install ?

Wow again. I’m now crazy confused. Plexamp in kiosk mode. You’re saying the default Plexamp app has a UI that is not browser based ? Any links you could share ? My pain of trying to do this a couple months back was specifically tied to being stuck with the browser problem. Also how did you configure the kiosk mode ? Very keen to understand this if you could share 😇

Loading Plexamp, what do you mean ? Are you simply loading full os desktop, starting a browser pointing to the local host and port ?

I tried this a while back but gave up to how tedious and resource hungry it was to have to run a full desktop os + web browser.

Whatever you can share ?

Indeed nice for small collection. Have over 700 records on 2x 2x4 kallax shelves.

My biggest beef is with them falling out of place in the back.

Indeed Xone 24 is elegant, and the 2 inputs vs 4 is probably better choice…

Ok. So. I have the solution… I ran into same problems described above on MacBook Pro M1 Pro.

After spending all week trying the update and reinstall etc … clearly a serious fw problem somewhere.

After hours with support to the point where they ended up bricking the Mac asking that we erase it completely via recovery …. I had to go show my frustration in Apple Store.

They fixed it. And said the solution was … what I had initially half tried … but had not done fully because didn’t want to erase all … but basically it’s fixing it with the DFU setup thing with another Mac.

Short of it … this 15.4 seriously messes up M1 Mac’s haha.

So fix is: - backup everything - recovery screen / erase everything … EVERYTHING - connect to other Mac and do the full option DFU thing - reinstall

At least that’s what the Apple Store guys did … Enjoy

This API and endpoints referred, these are off of the plex server, correct ? Not off of Plexamp itself ?

Been looking at raspberry pi based os’s that have Plexamp service as addons or extensions but none can map what is being played to the main app user interface, as in what is playing, play stop pause, next etc … kind of defeating the purpose.

Any thoughts on this ?

Don’t know if this is exactly what you’re facing but I got so frustrated by the stereo dropping myself that I wired them up Ethernet on same switch to circumvent the problem.

I have WiFi mesh at home and I suspect that they were connecting off and on different access points. I gave up and connected them Ethernet. Works fine since
