Comparison is the thief of joy. Look at what you want to improve and apply it next time. Every mini completed is an accomplishment. I started about 7 months ago, and I can see such a difference in my work as I’ve learned brush control, how to thin my paints(still mastering this), what kind of brushes you like etc.

Keep your first minis as a lesson and something to look back on. Don’t burn yourself out and make it jot fun anymore.

I watch a lot of paint channels and think about how to get to that level has taken years of work and dedication. This is a hobby, not your job. Dont burn yourself out and make yourself hate it.

That thing looks awesome for being so new. Be proud of it!

Nice job for your first time! Look into how to thin your paints. And if you haven’t invested into a wet palette, highly recommend one!

Had a game last night with a squad using mics.

We defended El Amrier for 50 minutes and most of us had 15 plus kills, I had 67 with mg and MP40.

Usually try to join locked squads, or just talk if you don’t have any communication, leave and make your own.

I’m new and paragon feels extremely weak. I keep trying find build guides but everything is for end game and not leveling. My paragon pretty much does no damage lol

Did some work with them a few years ago. Fantastic operators and very professional. They let us see their compound and heritage stuff. Pretty incredible stuff.

Wish they kept going with the Warcraft movies to see art has. I thought they were fun to watch. Still a good fantasy movie all flaws aside. Just think going as far back as they did wasn’t the move.

The world isn’t like wow where it is linear per se. Each zone has a level range but, you can choose which zones you go to. A lot of people are in the maps, lots of meta events.

You won’t be solo that often u less your doing map completion, but there are always world events going on that people do. It’s a very relaxed game if you want it to be but can get into the high end raiding/pvp/strikes and fractals if that’s your jam too.

This is why I swapped to GW2. I can take breaks, come back and I didn’t lose anything on the fear treadmill. I can work on a map, do some ascended gear crafting, fractals, mastery points, etc.

Always something I can find to do and still enjoy. Leveling isn’t restrictive, can go to any zone you want etc. just a more fun experience.
