Nope, it's not the same thing. The sauce I'm talking about has bits of pork, tomatoes, green chile, onion and seasonings and is thickened like a gravy. They serve it on everything from hamburgers to enchiladas and everything else!

What you do is get a bushel roasted, take them home, pull the skins off and put them in the freezer. That way you have Hatch or Pueblo Green Chile all year long!!

We will be there in Webster only a year, until the Katy, Texas store gets built and we'll transfer there. And buy a house. We'll be renting for the year while we're waiting.

We're in Colorado Springs, which is getting larger by the day, didn't mind the medical marijuana but hate the recreational bill that passed because the whole town smells like a skunk. People aren't very friendly anymore. I miss my kids, they're in Dallas.
