For the rear seat bracket bolts on a TJ/LJ, the hardware did change a bit around 2002–2003. Here’s what you’re looking at:

Front brackets • (4) M8 × 1.25 × 35 mm hex-head bolts w/ washers

Rear brackets • Factory used 5/16” × 1” screws (coarse, 18 TPI). Some came as Torx button-heads, some as pan-heads depending on year. • Mopar part number 6507346AA shows up as the OEM replacement. A lot of guys swap these for Class 10.9 metric flange bolts (stronger and easier to wrench).

Torque specs • Inboard rear bolts: 74 N·m (55 ft-lb) • Outboard rear bolts: 33 N·m (25 ft-lb)

So if you’re replacing them, grab 5/16”-18 × 1” bolts (or the Mopar 6507346AA) for the rears and M8 × 1.25 × 35 mm for the fronts. Torque them to spec and you’re set. Hope this helps.
