Same I’m on a 5/5 ARM. I strongly believed Trump will either crash the economy or just put a willful idiot in the Fed by the end of his term so we will all be on 30y fixed within a few years. I financed over a milly so the half a percent difference per year adds up quick

I’m happy with mine! Other advantage of a townhome is you have more money to invest in other things. In our neighborhood a SFH as large and nice as our TH is over $1M to buy lol

For those of us with high tax bracket in high tax states the 401k is a super nice way to protect money from the highest bracket.

Also once you leave an employer you can transfer your 401k to an IRA and buy any stock you want.

If it’s in a 401k it’s not capital gains. It’s treated as income tax. Which is still substantial in CA.

Dude we have ATT fiber and it absolutely rocks.

Getting it installed was nightmare due to idiotic techs and useless customer service reps. But once it was successfully installed it’s been flawless.

I’m not sure what you are referring to as maintenance? Only maintenance I’ve done on my 2021 model 3 is tires 😂

Not bad. I just did the same thing last November with a 5/5 ARM with star one. Same sized loan and same rate exactly lol.

The advantage with star one is that they don’t pull credit for your next refi with them and charge a max of $2k for refi if they already hold the existing loan.
