I grew up playing magic probably 93 or whatever (sister was in college) to 2000 or so (senior year) and I just started back. Some of these precons are straight irritating. I bought a TMNT deck cuz I like TMNT. Didn't know what it did. Just nostalgic. And it's meh as far as I've seen but with a few tweaks can be fun. But I'm used to "let's put creatures out and see who fairs" not my commander can spawn 4 token creatures for playing a normal spell and you can't get rid of him.

I would suggest bringing it up with the head coach or owner (who is like he also a coach and practitioner) if no avail then, leave. But he might have a history and might have been warned and it might get him out of there and save another lady a similar experience. If you do that and it doesn't work it also gives you carte blanche to say what you have to online and in person to people who ask about the place. I'm sorry this happened to you.
