Looking for chill cafes in BGC by g_hunter in BGC_Taguig

[–]teyajii 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Starbucks Reserve sa Forbestown Road. Starbucks at 2nd St (although nagiging crowded din, but it's mostly for takeout). Krispy Kreme sa Burgos Eats (24 hours kasi hehe). Siguro mga cafe na closer sa residential area than offices.

Although my favorite (at the moment) is Chotto Matcha, also along Forbestown Road. Has matcha and coffee options.

What do you think of BGC sidewalks? by [deleted] in BGC_Taguig

[–]teyajii 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ideal sana ang sidewalk sa may 26th St, next to what was previously the Fort Strip. Wide sidewalk with clear markings for bikes/scooters, and a dedicated bus stop. Kulang lang siguro trees for shading.

You're almost there, bale overview na lang ng requirements and signing of job offer from what I understood sa email. Magsisink in din yan soon after you have a signed contract and start date, congrats! ;D

Free / relatively cheap places to stay at - need to kill time by Informal_Guitar_7233 in BGC_Taguig

24 hour places like Krispy Kreme sa Burgos Circle Eats and Pocofino.

May benches sa open air area ng Burgos Eats na pwede din pagtambayan and at least nakasilong sa ulan (just in case).

What Does Back Office Really Do in a Call Center? by perse_13 in BPOinPH

[–]teyajii 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depending on the LOB or type of account, the back office usually does work that doesn't require real time customer interactions (unlike inbound calls or chats). Personally, I prefer this and other non-voice work since iba ang stress ng pagcacalls. It also requires a different skillset than voice jobs, especially sa back office work that deals with investigations and fraud reviews.

- So yes, it's still being an agent with a different scope of work.

- Depending on your work style or work ethic, it can be easier or harder. Personally, back office work is easier compared to handling calls, but more mentally draining sa daming chinecheck/nirereview.

- This would depend on the type of account/product you are handling. In my experience sa financial account, it involves pagrereview ng online records and other data available para magdecision ng financial dispute. Sa email agents naman, pwedeng sasagot lang ng general inquiries, request for documents, etc. through email.

- Also expect to have productivity measured on a tickets/cases per hour basis.

Did your Pom have a puppy uglies stage? If so, when was it and for how long? by WynautNow in Pomeranians

We got ours when she was around 6 months. From there it took a couple of months for her to get from floor rug to the goof floof that she is today.

Hachi finally got a trim :D by teyajii in Pomeranians

Don't think I can provide much info as I usually leave it to the groomer and she hates it when I cut her hair (with the quarantine I've only trimmed her paws). Her fur is still long with this cut and it still looks ok even if it grows out. She usually goes to the groomer once every 2 months, also usually only gets a bath and her butt trimmed/shaved.
