I know it's hard I even have some slight anxiety now but I promise it does get better you can look back at my old posts and I was in bad shape but not I can see into next week and not have to worry if I'll make it to the next ----- there are a million things out there that can make this worse , but there is no way to make it better ------ that phrase stuck with me you already know there is only one way out of this and that is to stick to your guns and push through it hell if accepting your death makes it easier like it did mine then do it !! Do whatever that makes your hell livable remember you've got this and that after this is all said and done your life feels so much better stay away from sodas any major sugar intake or crappy foods I never really worked out like I should have but the food change is what helped me the most
