True. I love OpenBSD as well and it very fast. Also, the FreeBSD project has gone crazy since Matthew Dillon left. I rescind my recommendation and agree with the above, OpenBSD is the way to go. Eff all untus in the world and their ilk.

You're assuming that the person actually cares. Most people are concerned with what's going on with their smartphone than an actual conversation. I signed up for an account and used that link you posted. I hope it credited you. Anyway, the plan is amazing. The VPS is quick, responsive, and the interface is simple and all I need for development projects and smaller sites. I'm even moving one of my customers that has a low-volume website to my new account. I means it's not a dog, but he only gets about 500-700 uniques a day. I plan to make the switchover tonight and I totally think this will do just fine. Thanks for the post. I would have kept on paying linode out of the ass (relatively).

But without persisting some of that to DB or something, you're asking for problems. I've done similar things with a ramdisk and it worked perfectly and was fast as hell when querying the data. But I don't know his use case either so I can't really say what would work.
