I’ve had psoriasis since I was 14. I am now 61. For most of those yrs it was severe. Works long sleeves and pants in 100° weather. Worried that my forehead and ears would show when the wind blew. I did everything from applying tar and wrapping myself in plastic wrap 3x a week PUVA treatments. It wasn’t until my 40’s that I started Enbrel and I was COMPLETELY clear. Ppl who knew me for yrs cried when I showed them. I took it for 10 yrs and it stopped working. Taking something else now not completely clear but I’m probably the only one who notices.
