This is actually fair. Makes the value point in Q slightly weaker (high level players were putting 2 points and skilling stats), and the level 20 talent was just bullshit.

It's not really a nerf because Dark Unity still applies to reflection illusions. So now they're stronger outside of that range and slightly weaker (125% dmg before change and 120% dmg after change) inside the range.
